Return Policy

After receiving the item, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. In most cases, a photo can help resolve the issue quickly. Please send a photo of the product along with your order number to [email protected]. Please understand that we are not responsible for issues caused by extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or failure to follow our hardiness zone recommendations.

Return Conditions

We accept returns of new, unused products that are still in their original packaging, or if the product is defective. We also accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product, provided the product remains intact and undamaged. Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all live plant sales are final. However, if your plant arrives damaged, dead, or in poor condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue a refund or replacement. Seeds: All seed sales are final. If seeds arrive damaged or fail to germinate under proper conditions, please contact us and we will review your case individually to provide the best support possible. Non-plant products: May be returned within 30 days if new, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the product you would like to receive instead. For non-plant products, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the original item arrived damaged or defective. No restocking fee applies.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If your plants arrive damaged or fail to germinate, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return and issue a refund or replacement as necessary.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other payment method used at checkout) within thirty (30) business days of receiving the returned merchandise or approving a damage claim. If your live plants arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the item within thirty (30) days of receiving the plant along with the plant’s label to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, product description, and your shipping name and address.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for non-plant products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For damaged live plants, no return shipment is required — simply send us photos of the damage for a refund or replacement.

Return Period Extension

During specific times of the year, such as the holiday season, you may be eligible to extend the return period. Please contact us for additional support and details.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
