Shipping Methods & Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier schedules. Live plants may experience delays during extreme weather to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined by the product’s shipping class. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Below are our standard shipping rates:

  • $4.99 per item — Small plants and accessories
  • $9.99 per item — Medium plants (2 Gallon pots)
  • $15.99 per item — Large plants (3 Gallon pots)
  • $19.99 per item — Extra-large plants
  • $29.99 per item — Oversized plants and trees
  • $39.99 per item — Heavy/bulky items
  • Free Shipping — Select products marked as “Free Shipping” on the product page

Shipping fees are calculated per item and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. Some live plants may have additional shipping restrictions based on USDA regulations.

Live Plant Shipping

Live plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Depending on the season and weather forecast, we may delay shipment to protect your plants from extreme heat or cold. If a delay is necessary, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
